How can I book a Ski ticket or Lesson?

You can book your ski pass online or in person at Hotham Sports, Dinner Plain. Visit our skiing page for detail on booking ski or snowboard lessons and lift tickets.

Can I ski to Mount Hotham?

You can cross country ski to Mount Hotham via the Brabralung Trail near the entrance to Dinner Plain Village.

Can I camp at Dinner Plain?

There is no camping available within Dinner Plain but you can camp in the Alpine National Park. Popular locations include nearby JB Plain and Precipice Plain.

What shopping options are there?

Retail sales are available at Hoys Skis, Hotham Sports, Dinner Plain and Alpinwood in Big Muster Drive.

How much is it to rent snowsports equipment?

You can rent ski and snowboard equipment from Hoys Skis and Hotham Sports, Dinner Plain outlets at the main roundabout area. Prices will vary according to your requirements

Are there any day spa options?

The Dinner Plain Onsen and Spa is closed in season 2023.

What facilities are there for children?

There is a children’s playground area near the entry to the village which is open year round. There is also skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing at the Scrubbers End and Peashooter slopes.

Can I rent cross country equipment?

Cross Country ski equipment is available to rent at Hoys Skis in the main roundabout area of the village.

Can I cross country ski at Dinner Plain?

We have 35km of cross country ski trails, including the 12km Brabralung Trail between Dinner Plain and Mount Hotham. These are groomed regularly and suitable for a variety of abilities.
